- A preparedness to respond to individual client needs and crisis situations.
- Formal tertiary qualifications related to the applied social, psychological or health sciences or other tertiary qualifications and relevant experience or sufficient experience, expertise and competence to perform the duties of a support worker.
- Current full drivers’ license and access to a registered roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance cover.
