Richmond Fellowship Queensland is a leading provider of mental health services in the Community Sector.  With a culture that promotes the values of respect and trust, we are now seeking a highly motivated person to lead our Ryan's Place team at Logan Central.

Reporting to the Manager, the key responsibility of the role will be to provide sound leadership in the provision of the Commonwealth's Support for Day to Day Living in the Community Program at Ryan's Place.

Dedicated to inspiring and motivating people to look to their futures with hope, the successful applicant will be based in our Ryan's Place program at Logan Central.   The role includes providing individual and team supervision and the exercise of sound professional judgement whilst providing services in collaboration with Ryan's Place Consumers, other service providers and support systems.

The successful applicant will have a passion for making a difference in people's lives, a generous and compassionate nature and the ability to facilitate consumer participation in all aspects of program design and delivery.

Previous experience in human services and formal qualifications are essential and experience in mental health work will be highly regarded. Applicants must have a current driver's license and will be able to garage a fully maintained work vehicle.

This position offers an above Award salary range of $63,191 - $65,978 per annum commensurate with qualifications and experience. Evidence based training is provided within a professional organisation that values and supports staff.
