Community Support Services

The Community Support Services (CSS) enables people with mental illness to establish and live in their own home and to access and develop a variety of activities, connections and resources within their community.

Brisbane and Districts - Who is it for?

The CSS provides support to people who receive an individual funding package through Disability Services Queensland (DSQ) or through a private source. The program supports people in the Brisbane, Redlands, Logan, Redcliffe and Ipswich districts.

Toowoomba and Districts - Who is it for?

The CSS provides support to people who receive an individual funding package through Disability Services Queensland (DSQ) or through a private source. The program assists people who are moving from long stay psychiatric institutions into community living in the Toowoomba and surrounding areas. Other clients of the program receive a DSQ Adult Lifestyle Support, Family Support or Emergency Support package.
