About the program 

The Australian Government’s statutory agency Comcare has partnered with RFQ to deliver NewAccess nationally to employees within participating government departments.  Comcare provides federal departments with an integrated safety, rehabilitation and compensation system. RFQ is delivering NewAccess services to 15 departments.

Known as ‘NewAccess workplaces’, the service provides LiCBT to eligible employees via a telehealth service.

People may access the service due to work stress; change in work arrangements due to pandemic response requirements; family problems; health concerns or uncertainty; isolation or loneliness and, financial worries.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this service, you need to be:

An adult
(aged 18 years and over) and living in Australia

An employee within a participating Australian government department

Not currently engaged in other psychological therapy

Access

NewAccess workplaces is available to employees within participating Australian government departments. Where your department is participating, you will receive information about how to access the service. You can also contact a line manager or email newaccessworkplaces@rfq.com.au to find out if your department is participating.
